PAYMENT INFORMATION
The payment for the products offered in the shop takes place via prepayment, Paypal or credit card.
Prepayment
Please place an order to transfer the amount to our bank account. Once we have received the amount, your order will be processed.
For more information about payment by prepayment, you will receive by mail.
Please indicate your name, your customer number and your order number in the transfer text is correct to ensure a rapid settlement (for example, Max Mustermann, customer number 44, order number 183).
Please note that due to the speed of transfer channels between the banks, the payment may take 4-5 working days.
If there is no payment on our account when paying with prepayment 10 days after the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order process.
PayPal
Once the order process has been completed with PayPal, we will process the order as soon as possible and send it to you.
Credit card
Once the order process has been completed by credit card, we will process the order as soon as possible and send it to you.

Shipping is by UPS. Non-packable items are shipped by freight carrier, otherwise the shipping costs are as follows:
