Green Gerschon –
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING MADE FROM GREEN PE AND PCR

Our PCR / Bio/ range so far consists of sugar cane based and PCR (post-consumer-resin) materials, that we consider to be the most practicable sustainable and resource-saving packaging currently available.

Both the innovative and CO2-neutral Green PE bottles and jars as well as our PCR recyclate items have almost identical properties as conventional polymers. They can also be recycled via the usual waste management systems. From flip-top closures to airless pump bottles - PCR / Bio products are just as versatile as normal plastics. And of course we are happy to round off your products with premium finishes like varnishes, prints or labels for you. Don’t hesitate to contact us!

SUSTAINABILITY AT GERSCHON -
RECYCLING, COMBATING GLOBAL WARMING AND MORE

Protecting the environment not only is a topic very dear to us, but also an absolute necessity.

More than 90 percent of our product range already is recyclable, and we have now also had our particularly environmentally friendly Green PE series certified accordingly. Working closely with the environmental services provider Interseroh, we have received the "Made for Recycling" seal of approval for our Green PE series developed by the bifa Umweltinstitut.

If you would also like to have your finished products upgraded with the coveted seal, we will be happy to support you in this process.

In addition, Gerschon has compensated all emissions caused by our website, our 2022 trade fair appearance and our Green PE bottles through certified projects by ClimatePartner. They help us calculate and reduce our carbon footprint, to execute carbon offset strategies and compensate for our greenhouse gas emissions with carbon offset projects.
